Strait 2 U made my week! They replaced my car tire in about 10 mins and did a good job! He was very responsive and even helped me while I was at work! Sent a photo of the completed work and payment was very easy. Prices were very cheap so i even left a good tip! i definitely recommend checking them out before going to any other places to have any repairs done. Their website was very easy to navigate and also lists prices for just about any repair you can think of. The best thing about it is that they come to you! no more spending crazy money on towing!

While visiting Memphis, the mud guard on my daughters Toyota Camry starting dragging I sent a message through Yelp to area mechanics for help!! Strait 2 U auto response time was awesome!! They came to us repaired my daughters car and also did a 4 point inspection!!! Jarvis the owner, was very informative and made me feel safe and secure on our upcoming journey!!! I would recommend them to anyone and wish they would travel to my state!!

Awesome service my car was down a month because I couldn't find anybody with a fair price for my car. Why driving I saw this truck that read strait 2 U Auto and I saw they were mobile I couldn't beat that so as soon as I spoke to a Mr.Nathan he came out the same day and told me the problem with my car not only that he order the part for me and it came two days later he came and fixed my problem. Now I am a loyal customer to this auto service.

I had always driven through a car wash, but finally faced the reality that Mr. Pride did a lousy job. I found Strait 2 U Auto through Yelp, and decided to give them a try. They came to my house and made my 11 year old car look shiny and newish. As you might guess of someone with an 11 year old car, I am not used to paying $35 for a car wash, but I am now a convert. Jarvis told me some of what they were doing, including using special concoctions to remove bugs and tree sap. They knew what they were doing and since a crepe myrtle hangs over my driveway, this attention was needed. Jarvis is also a personable guy who had his son working with him. Last but not least, he won me over by giving good customer service: they were late due to an early morning emergency call, and he made that right by comping me $10 off the service. I was getting the old car washed in order to trade it in, and now I plan to use Strait 2 U Auto regularly on my new car. I wish Jarvis luck and would recommend his service to anyone.

I had a flat tire this morning, and I was stuck on the side of the road. I called a couple of other places they quoted me over a 100.00 to come out, and then I found Strait 2 u.... they were So reasonable only $35.00! They were beyond professional, courteous, they also explained everything and got it done quickly and correct! THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH!! I WILL NEVER CALL ANYONE ELSE BUT YALL AGAIN. AMAZING JOB GUYS!
